摘要
为了了解微晶合金中的缺陷变化情况,在以往工作的基础上,用正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱仪测量了Fe_(70)Cr_(18)Mo_2Si_1B_9微晶合金原始薄带经不同温度处理、原始薄带破碎热压成块状材料及其在1000℃退火后的线形S参数。表明在该合金的原始薄带中存在三种类型的缺陷,热处理时缺陷大致分两步消除和减少(分别在室温至600℃和800℃至1000℃),热压成型过程中会给块状试样引进大量的缺陷,且不同工艺引进的缺陷量不等。成型过程中引进的缺陷相当稳定,即使1000℃退火都不能消除。
In order to investigate the change ef defects in Fe70Cr18Mo3Si1B9 microcrystal alloy, measurements of S-lineshape parameter of Doppler-broadened spectrum of positron annihilation were carried out for as-quenched ribbons treated at different temperatures, bulk samples prepared by crashing and hot-pressing, and bulk samples annealed at 1000℃, respectively. The results show that in the as-quenched ribbons there are three kinds of defects which are reduced in two steps during heat-treatment (at room temperature-600℃ and 800-1000℃). In the bulk samples by crashing and hot-pressing a lot of stable defects are created with different amount when using different hot-pressing methods and the defects can hardly be removed even at high temperature up to 1000℃.
