摘要
介绍了多坯料挤压技术的原理、特点,评述了多坯料挤压技术的工业应用前景。采用该技术进行了1050/2040复合棒材成形的试验研究,结果表明复合材料界面为合金元素扩散明显的良好的冶金结合,界面焊合强度高。
The principles and features of Multi-Billet Extrusion (MBE) technology are introduced,and the industrial importance of the technology is discussed.AA1050 pure aluminium-clad AA2024 aluminium alloy rods have been fabricated by using MBE process.The results indicate that the outer layer and the inner layer of the composite are metallurgically bonded.Evident alloying element diffusion across the interface is confirmed.The clad composite has good interface bonding strength.
