摘要
在对双层复合管的主要成形方法进行分析和比较的基础上,提出一种新的双层复合管短流程成形工艺———半固态多坯料挤压成形方法。阐述了该方法生产双层复合管的主要工艺路线和成形原理,分析了双层复合管之间界面的结合原理,对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Based on the contrast and analysis on the forming methods of the multi-layer tube, a new short forming process called thixo-co-extrusion of multi-layer tube is put forward.Tbe main routes and forming principle about the forming process is illustrated. The integration principle between inner and outer layers is analysed.
