摘要
目的探讨阳泉市城区5岁以下儿童主要死亡原因,为降低死亡率提供对策和依据。方法对2006年～2009年阳泉市城区5岁以下儿童进行死亡检测和质量控制,并且对上报数据进行整理、分析。结果 5岁以下儿童死亡率逐年呈下降趋势,早产低出生体重、出生窒息、先天异常、先天性心脏病为本区5岁以下儿童主要死因。结论 5岁以下儿童死亡仍以新生儿、婴儿为主。因此,做好孕期和儿童保健、加强产科质量建设、减少新生儿、婴儿的死亡率,是降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的关键。
Objective To understand the main causes of mortality of children under 5 years old in Yangquan urban areas and then reduce the mortality rate. Methods The data of the mortality rate of children under 5 years old in Yangquan urban areas from 2006 to 2009 were analyzed. Results The mortality rate of children under 5 years old reduced year by year and the main causes of mortality were low birth weight, birth prematurely suffocation, congenital anomaly and congenital heart disease. Conclusion Neonates and infants take the main part of mortality of children under 5 years old. In order to reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years, we must prepare well for the prenatal care and children＇s health, as well as improve the quality of matemity＇s facility to reduce the mortality rate of neonates and infants.
