摘要
金属部件之间接触不良引起的过热属电阻异常型过热事件,此类故障往往在初期不易被诊断出来,但随着接触电阻的增大,变压器的过热特征就表现得很明显,需引起足够的重视。笔者根据变压器内部金属部件之间接触不良引起过热的特点,通过具体的实例说明如何利用色谱分析技术和电气试验相结合的方法,及早发现变压器内部潜伏性过热故障的部位和严重程度,以便及时采取措施,防止事故扩大。
Poor contact between metal parts will result in overheating,such fault is kind of abnormal type thermal resistance and is often difficult to diagnose in the initial stage.However,the overheating features would be apparent as the increasing of contact resistance and should pay much attention.In this paper,the combination method of chromatography techniques and electrical tests were introduced based on the overheating features caused by poor contact of internal metal parts and specific examples which can find the early detection of latent overheated transformer fault location and severity so as to take measures timely and prevent accidents from expansion.
