摘要 论述了由于铁心接地引线螺丝松动离异,导使铁心产生悬浮电位,造成放电,放电产生的电流在铁心接地铜片和接地引线上产生有功损耗,从而引发变压器油中色谱分析数据异常。提出当总烃升高但未"超标"时,查找其原因的方法、步骤及注意事项,同时指出变压器铁心外接地引线松动离异也属于铁心故障的范畴。 In this paper,a fault process in transformer is leads to screw loose and produce the floating potential; discussed. The fault is originated from core grounding which then discharge and current occur. This current flows in the circuit between grounding leads and grounding copper and leads active power loss. This kind of fault can be checked through the chromatographic analysis of the oil in the transformer. The reasons, steps and attentions are suggested when the content of total hydrocarbons in the oil is increased but still in the specified range. Meanwhile, it is pointed that the loose and transfer of the external grounding lead of the transformer core is also one kind of core faults.
