摘要 传统过滤材料具有网孔不均、纤维易脱落、不易清洗、难以重复利用等缺点。聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVF)泡沫塑料作为一种过滤膜,具有轻质、隔热、隔音、高比强度和绝缘等独特的性能优势,作为滤材有着其他材料难以替代的作用,有望替代传统过滤材料。合成了具有合适孔径的PVF过滤膜,并从温度、硬化条件、致孔剂等方面研究合成该膜的工艺条件。 There are much disadvantage of traditional membrane material such as mesh odds,fibers falling off,hard to wash and recycling.As a kind of filtering membrane,the PVF foam plastic cannot be substituted for its unique performance advantage in the field of membrane material.The experiment has prepared PVF filtering membrane which has suitable mesh,also has searched the process conditions of the preparation,including temperature,hardening conditions and porogenic agents.
