摘要
高校教师是高校的重要资源,对教师的激励作用直接影响学校的发展和竞争力。本文阐述了教师激励机制建立的必要性和特色,着重分析了心理学的激励理论在高校教师激励中的应用,并尝试提出高校教师的激励策略,希望为高校在教师激励机制的建立提供建议。
Teachers are an important resource for higher education institutions,and teacher’s incentive has an direct impact on school’s development and competition.This paper describes the need of establishing teacher’s incentive mechanisms and its features at first,and then analyzes the application of psychology motivation theory in the role of teacher’s incentive,and put forward to some incentive policy of higher education institution teachers,hoping to provide suggestions for the establishment of teachers’ incentive mechanism.
