摘要
对深圳大学现代通信与信息处理重点实验室的建设和发展进行了研究,阐述了实验室快速发展的关键因素。实践证明,以上因素使实验室的建设与管理实现了跨越式发展。文章的讨论为重点实验室进一步提升和发展提供了理论依据和实践经验。
Based on the research of construction and development of Shenzhen Modern Communications and Information Prooessing Research Laboratory of Shenzhen University, the major factors affecting the development of the laboratory are analyzed in this paper. It is proved by practiees that the laboratory fulfills the great-leap-forward development because of these factors. The discussion provides theoretical evidences and practical experiences for the forthcoming upgrade and development of key research laboratories.
