摘要
目的 对阵发性房颤(PAF)患者P波时限分析指数[包括最大P波时间(Pmax)、最小P波时间(Pmin)、P波离散度(PWD)]进行分析研究,比较其对PAF发生的预测价值.方法 选取50例PAF患者和74名健康对照者,测量同步12导联心电图的P波时限,分别计算两组的P波时限分析指数,并对两组进行比较和统计学分析.结果 PAF组P波时限分析指数Pmax、Pmm和PWD分别为(115.45±9.50)ms、(67.50±11,93)ms和(47.95±14.45)ms,均高于对照组的(96.85±8.80)ms、(62.60±8.98)ms和(34.25±10.80)ms;除Pmm外,Pmax与PWD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).以Pmax≥110 ms、PWD>40 ms为阳性标准,检测其对PAF的敏感性分别为85.2%、88.5%,特异性分别为88.1%、89.2%.结论 Pmax、PWD对PAF患者具有较高的预测价值.
Objective To analyze the P wave duration analysis index (the maximum of P wave duration Pmax, the minimum of P wave duration Pmin, and P wave dispersion PWD ) in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) patients, and compare their predictive value of the occurrence of PAF. Methods The study registered 50 PAF patients and 74 healthy individuals as the controls, then measured all of the people's P wave duration of 12-lead ECG. Calculate the P wave duration analysis indexes was calculated respectively, then the indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The P wave duration analysis indexes Pmax,Pmin,PWD were (115.45±9.50)ms, (67.50±11.93)ms,(47.95±14.45)ms respectively, all higher than controls (96.85±8.80)ms, (62.60 ±8.98)ms, (34.25±10.80)ms, and except Pmin. When took P≥ 110 ms and PWD〉40 ms as the positive standards, the predictive sensitivity for PAF 85.2% and 88.5% respectively,and specificity were 88.1% and 89.2%. Conclusions Pmax and PWD have a high predictive value to the occurrence of PAF.
