摘要
通过改变送粉激光熔覆过程中的扫描速度、送粉速率、基体预热温度等工艺参数,获得了单道激光熔覆层。探讨了工艺参数对熔覆层组织、性能的影响规律。提出了“用熔覆层横断面熔合界面附近的硬度分布曲线上的拐点连线表示熔覆层稀释范围”的新方法,方便了研究熔合界面问题和控制稀释率。
Single pass laser surface of the specimens using powder feeding method were obtained by varying the powder feeding rate and the preheating temperature of the substrate. The effects of the above parameters on the structure and properties of the coating were studied. A new method adopting the line joining the inflextion points of the hardness distribution curves to indicate the range of dilution is proposed, which facilitates the study on the problem of the bonding interface and for the control of the dilution rate, the dilution range and the structure and properties of the coating.
