凸筋类管件的冷压复合成形工艺

摘要 针对凸筋类管件的冷压成形,提出了一种缩口—轴压—胀形的复合成形新工艺。分析了复合成形原理及其受力状态,介绍了模具结构及生产应用实例,取得了良好效果。 Abstract For a compound forming process of tube part with convex rib in room temperature, this paper gives a new compound forming technology including nosing, axial pressing and bulging; Analyses compound forming principle and stress state as well as introduces the die structure and application in production of this new technology. The practical application shows that the good results are achieved.
