摘要
用三扫描极化测量、背散射和电镜方法研究了离子束混合Al(Ti),Al(Pd)非晶合金层在NaHCO3溶液(中的钝化.Ti35Al65的腐蚀速率为纯铝的1/24,而Pd30Al70的腐蚀速率比纯铝增大了44%.这说明用离子轰击方法制备耐腐蚀合金材料时,合金元素的电化学性质仍然是起主导作用的因素.
Amorphous Al(Ti),Al(Pd)alloy layers are prepared by ion beam mixing,andthe passivationof the layers in NaHCO3 aqueous solution(pH6.5)is investigated by means ofthree sweep polarization measurement,backscattering spectrometry and electronic microscopy.The corrosion rate for Ti35Al65 is twenty four times less than that for pure aluminum,but therate for Pd30Al70 is 44% greater .It implies that the electronchemical properties of alloy additivesremains a domminant factor to consider when ion beam techniques are used to develop corro-sion resistant alloy materials.
