摘要
在几种钢铁试样上进行了离子束混合改善耐磨性能的试验,发现一些试样的耐磨性能有大幅度提高(4~15倍)。通过X射线衍射分析,发现这些试样表面出现了新的化学成分Ti2N、TiN、TiC等。
The ion beam mixing technique has been used to modify some iron and steel specimens. It is found that the wear resistance of some specimens is greatly improved (by 4-5 times). The X-ray diffraction spectra show that some new components (Ti 2N, TiN and TiC) exist in the surface of some treated specimens.
