摘要
研究了狼毒根在土壤里腐解过程中对受体披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)的化感作用。结果表明:加狼毒根的植株生长高度均比对照高,狼毒根对披碱草幼苗的高度、叶面积、根干重均没有显著的抑制作用(P>0.05)。由狼毒根对披碱草的化感敏感指数(RI)分析结果表明,披碱草对狼毒的化感作用反应不敏感,具有较强的耐受性(RI>0)。
Allelophopathy of Stellera chamaejasme in the decompose process in soil on acceptors Elymus dahuricus was studied by biological measuring method in Laboratory.The results showed that the effect of Stellera chamaejasme root decomposition was no significant difference on Elymus dahuricus seedling height,leaf area and dry weight(P0.05),and has little harm to permeability of cell of Elymus dahuricus.Elymus dahuricus showed strong tolerance to allelopathy of Stellera chamaejasme by sensitive index analysis.
