摘要
目的分析眼内填充物在老年人视网膜脱离手中的应用效果。方法５６例（５６眼）老年人视网膜脱离手术应用了眼内填充物（消毒空气２０眼，Ｃ３Ｆ８２５眼，ＳＦ６７眼，硅油４眼）。结果视网膜完全复位４８眼（８５．７％），好转３眼（５．４％），未复位５眼（８．９％），随访视力明显提高。结论眼内填充物在老年人视网膜脱离手术的应用效果满意，但要充分注意到老年人视网膜脱离的临床特点和围手术期处理。
Objective To analyze the effects of introcular tamponade during the surgery of retinal
detachment of the elderly patients.Methods The introcular tamponade was used in the
operation of retinal detachment in 56 patients more than 60 year of age(sterilized air in 20 eyes,
C 3F 8 in 25 eyes, SF 6 in 7 eyes, and silicone oil in 4 eyes).Results Retina was completely
reattached in 48 eyes(85.7%), partly reattached in 3 eyes(5.3%) and remained detached in 5
eyes(8.9%). The postoperative visual acuity improved remarkably.Conclusions It is satisfactory
that the introcular tamponade is effective in the treatment of retinal detachment. However, but
attention to the clinical characteristic of retinal detachment and proper period during surgury
must be followed meticulously.
