农户生猪散养风险结构与安全控制系统 被引量:2

摘要 中国农户生猪生产方式具有规模小、分散程度高、技术原始、设施落后、资金缺乏等特点,这些特点使农户散养方式所提供的食用生猪潜含诱发风险的各种有害物质。为了有效过滤农户生猪散养过程导入的有害物质与控制风险,利用模糊聚类分析对分层抽样数据提取了农户生猪散养过程的风险等级,采用模糊粗糙集理论挖掘出农户生猪散养过程诱致风险的决策依赖属性与知识规则,根据依赖属性与知识规则归纳了农户生猪散养过程的三维风险结构;并针对该风险结构提出了过滤风险的安全系统设计原则,以及利用风险、安全、控制三者对应关系构造了过滤农户生猪散养过程风险的安全框架和风险控制框架。本研究提出的风险结构和风险控制模式适用于各类农产品和食品的小规模生产过程的风险控制。 Rural households' pig production methods in our country have the features of small-scale,high degree of decentralization,original technology,backward infrastructure,lack of funds and so on.These features enable the edible pigs provided by rural households' hog backyard methods to have harmful substances which can induce risk.In order to filter the harmful substances which were imported in the process of rural households' pig hog backyard and control the risks effectively,this article used fuzzy cluster analysis to extract risk levels in the process of rural households' pig hog backyard from stratified sampling data,adopted fuzzy rough set theory mining the decision-making dependence attribute and knowledge rules of risk which was induced in the process of rural households' pig hog backyard,generalized the three dimensional risk structure in the process of rural households' pig hog backyard according to the dependence attribute and knowledge rules,raised the safety system design principle filtering risk in connection with the risk structure,and constructed the security framework and the risk management framework of filtering risk in the process of rural households' pig hog backyard using the corresponding relation of risk,security and control.The risk structure and risk control methods raised in the article apply to risk control of small-scale production process of various kinds of farm products and foods.
