水氮耦合对红枣光合特性与水分利用效率的影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 在不同水氮处理条件下研究红枣光合特性及其水分利用效率的变化。结果表明:水氮耦合对枣树叶片叶绿素含量、叶面积指数以及光合特性和水分利用效率都产生了明显的影响。在灌水量适度的条件下,随着氮素施入量的增加,叶绿素含量先增后减,叶面积指数递增,净光合速率峰值和最小值都随氮素施入量的增加而升高,蒸腾速率和气孔导度值在日变化的各个时间点上都先减后增,胞间CO2浓度递减,气孔限制值递增,水分利用效率先增后减;在氮素施入量适度的条件下,随着灌水量的增加,叶绿素含量和叶面积指数均呈减小的趋势,净光合速率峰值和最小值都随灌水量的增加而升高,蒸腾速率、气孔导度和气孔限制值在各个时间点上的值都呈递增;胞间CO2浓度和水分利用效率递减。 Photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of Zizyphus jujube were studied under different treatments of water and N. The results showed that the different treatments of water and N caused obvious impacts on Chl content, LAI, photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of Zizyphus jujube leaves. Under the right amount of water, with the quantity of N adding, Chl began increasing, and then decreased. LAI was increasing. Summit and low of Pn was also increasing. Tr and Gs at every time began decreasing, and then followed increasing. Ci showed downward tendency. Ls showed upward tendency. WUE began increasing, and then followed decreasing. Under the right amount of N, with the quantity of water adding, Chl and LAI all showed downward tendency. Summit and low of Pn increased. Tr. Gs and Ls at every time increased too. But Ci and WUE decreased.
