不同水肥处理对刺叶锦鸡儿生长与生理特性的影响

Effects of Different Water and Fertilizer Treatments on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of the Caragana acanthophylla

摘要 为探究干旱半干旱地区刺叶锦鸡儿(Caragana acanthophylla Kom)合理的水肥管理制度,采用4种灌水水平和4个施肥水平,16个处理,在每次灌水5.5 L的灌水量条件下:7 d灌水1次(W1)、10 d灌水1次(W2)、15 d灌水1次(W3)、20 d灌水1次(W4);基肥施用量为有机肥250 g/株,追肥施用量为磷酸二氢钾水溶肥每次10 g/株,施肥处理为基施有机肥追肥2次(FH)、基施有机肥追肥1次(FM)、基施有机肥(FL)、不施肥(F0),分析不同水肥处理对刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗株高生长量、地径生长量、冠幅生长量、地上鲜重、地上干重、地下鲜重、地下干重、丙二醛(MDA)含量、根系活力、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗经不同水肥处理后生长和生理指标总体上好于对照处理。7 d灌水1次,每株幼苗基施有机肥和追施1次磷酸二氢钾的处理效果最好;其次是10 d灌水1次,每株幼苗基施有机肥和追施1次磷酸二氢钾的处理。在每次5.5 L灌水量条件下,7 d灌水1次,基施有机肥250 g/株,追施1次磷酸二氢钾水溶肥10 g/株处理能够有效促进刺叶锦鸡儿幼苗生长。 In order to investigate the reasonable water and fertilizer management system in the Caragana acanthophyllain arid and semi-arid areas,sixteen treatments were applied at four irrigation levels and four fertilizer levels,with the irrigation treatment being 5.5 L of water:one watering at 7 d(W1),one watering at 10 d(W2),one watering at 15 d(W3)and one watering at 20 d(W4);The fertilizer treatment was 250 g per plant at a time for organic fertilizer and 10 g per plant at a time for fertilizer,with one basal fertilizer and two fertilizers(FH),one basal fertilizer and one fertilizer(FM),one basal fertilizer(FL)and no fertilizer(F0).The effects of different water and fertilizer treatments on height growth,ground diameter growth,crown growth,above-ground fresh weight,above-ground dry weight,below-ground fresh weight,below-ground dry weight,malondialdehyde content,root vigour,soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content of the seedlings were analysed.The finding showed that the growth and physiological indicators of the Caragana acanthophylla seedlings were generally better than the control treatment after the different water and fertilizer treatments.The best results were obtained with 1 watering every 7 d,1 application of basal fertilizer and 1 follow-up application of potassium dihydrogen phosphate as the main ingredient per seedling at 5.5 L of irrigation per plant,followed by 1 watering every 10 d,1 application of basal fertilizer and 1 follow-up application of potassium dihydrogen phosphate as the main ingredient per seedling.Under 5.5 L of irrigation,the W1 treatment(1 watering at 7 d,1 application of 250 g of organic fertilizer per plant and a follow-up application of 10 g of potassium phosphate water soluble fertilizer)can effectively promote the growth of the seedlings of Caragana acanthophylla and improve their drought resistance,thus solving the problem of slow growth and dwarf plants in the greening of barren hills,and bringing the seedlings to the purpose of irrigation-free maintenance as early as possible.
