摘要
利用分子生物学方法对甘蔗黑穗病菌进行了检测,建立了该病原菌的快速检测方法。从田间采集样本,在马丁氏培养基上分离获得甘蔗黑穗病菌的单菌落,经培养获得大量菌体,提取菌体基因组DNA并进行PCR检测,证明获得了甘蔗黑穗病的病原菌。该方法能简便、快速、准确、有效的检测甘蔗黑穗病菌,结果稳定、可靠。建立快速有效的检测甘蔗黑穗病的方法,将为甘蔗抗黑穗病育种工作提供方便。
Using molecular biology method and techniques ,the rapid pathogen detecting method of sugarcane smut was established. The samples were collected from the field, the Martin'smedium was used to isolate the single spore of sugarcane smut, then a large number of the bacteria would be obtained. By the application of the method of PCR, the pathogen was proved to be sugarcane smut. This method could conveniently, rapidly, exactly and effectively detect the sugarcane smut with stability and reliable results. Establishing a rapid and effective method to detect sugarcane smut could provide the powerful evidence for the breeding of sugarcane smut resistance.
