摘要
本研究测试了开花授粉后生长发育不同阶段南瓜果实干物质、不溶性膳食纤维、总糖、蛋白质、维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素等营养成份,研究了它们的积累规律。发现几种营养成份的形成有突变期,主要集中在25-35 d之间,这为生产上确定老嫩果不同采收方式下的最佳采收时间提供了参考。本研究还通过常温条件贮藏,测定贮藏不同天数后南瓜成熟果营养成份,研究和分析了南瓜果实干物质、不溶性膳食纤维、总糖、蛋白质、维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素等主要营养成份在采后变化的情况,结果显示在夏季常温贮藏下,10 d内营养成份变化率大,但随着贮藏时间的进一步延长,各成份的变化率很小。
The accumulation dynamics of fruits nutrients ( dry matter, soluble dietary fiber, total sugar, protein, vitamin C, vitamin E and β- carotene ) in different development phases after pollination in ' Tianli' Pumpkin were studied. The formation of several nutrition ingredients had the peak change time, often in 25 to 35 days after flowering. The dry matter, insoluble dietary fiber, total sugar, protein, vitamin C, vitamin E and β-carotene content of the post-harvest pumpkin fruit at different storage stage were also analyzed. The results showed that the significant variation of fruit nutritious ingredients was observed during storage at room temperature in the summer in the first 10 days, but with the further extension of storage time, the rate of change among nutritious ingredients was very little.
