术前肠道准备护理方式的对比研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的比较口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于手术患者术前肠道清洁与肥皂水肠道清洁的疗效。方法将60例术前需肠道清洁的手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组术前口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液137.15 g,对照组肥皂水灌肠。结果试验组排便次数少于对照组(P<0.01),肠道清洁满意率高于对照组(P<0.01),术后排气、排便时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于术前肠道清洁效果理想。
