摘要
高校收入分配制度改革是一项系统工程,不可能孤立地进行,需要有相关的配套制度予以支撑。目前高校收入分配制度配套改革存在的问题主要体现在岗位聘任制度不够完善,缺乏健全的考核指标体系,现有分配体制激励作用不明显,教师社会保障制度发展滞后四个方面。由此,可采取进一步完善高校岗位聘任制度、社会保障制度并构建科学合理的考核体系,强化分配机制的激励作用,以促进高校收入分配制度改革向纵深推进。
Being a systematic project, reform of the income distribution system in institutions of higher learning can not be made without the concerned supportive reforms. The problems with the present system include the imperfect post appointment system, lack of a sound system of indicators for performance appraisal, weakness of the incentive effect of the existing income distribution system, delayed development of the social security system for teachers. Therefore, supportive reforms should be conducted in these four respects to further the reform of the distribution system.
