摘要
从四个方面介绍了开发师资管理计算机辅助系统的设计思想与技术要点．该系统是中山大学人事处为把师资管理工作提高到适应新世纪的新水平而组织力量。
It is introduced from 4 angels that the basic ideas of designing and technique characteristics of developing a computer aided systems of teaching human resources management,which was developed by personnel affairs office of Zhongshan University using the mature network technology and database technology,for the purposr of making the teaching human resources management to reach a new level to meet the requirement of the next century.
