摘要
高校师资管理与规划决策支持模型系统的特点,是同时具备人事信息管理和规划两方面的功能。设计系统过程中,不仅符合当前高校日常人事信息管理的功能模块,还根据目前高校实际的人事数据状况,介绍了一种利用SPSS(社会科学统计软件包)来选取合理的预测模型和预测方法。并以某高校的职称晋升数据为例,详细说明如何得到的各种拟合模型以及对它们进行分析对比,分析结果表明,使用线性模型能较好地反映该校的职称晋升情况,由该模型得到的预测数据可以求出合理的人才需求量。
To meet the Education Ministry's requirements of college management, a human resource management and decision support model system is designed for the mid-term and long-term needs in planning and daily management. The system has both the human resource management functions and the planning function. In the system designing, the human resource information management module is designed. Then, by using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science), the ways of selecting and applying a proper forecast model are introduced. The college title promotion is taken as an example to describe in details the process of getting the Curve Estimation model and analyzing the results. The results show that the linear model can fit the title promotion of this college. From this model, the forecasting data could be collected to find out the reasonable talent need in the future.
