聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石复合材料的研究 Ⅰ.超细微羟基磷灰石的合成及表面处理 被引量:35

摘要 采用水热反应法合成了超细微羟基磷灰石(HA),研究了晶化时间对HA微晶尺寸的影响.结果表明,反应时间增长,沿c轴的微晶尺寸略有增大,沿a轴的微晶尺寸不变.FTIR分析表明,HA晶胞中不存在OH-之间的强烈氢键作用,但支持OH-与PO3-4存在弱的氢键的结论.用聚乳酸、棕榈酸、三甲基一氯硅烷分别对HA进行表面处理,显著改善了HA粒子在有机介质中的分散性。 Crystalline hydroxylapatite ultrafine particles were synthesized by hydrothermal treatment at 100 ℃ X ray diffraction results indicate that the crystallites in the direction of c axis increases slightly with increasing treatment time while do not change in the direction of a axis FTIR results show that no hydrogen bonding exists between OH groups but support the conclusion of weak hydrogen bonds existing between OH groups and O′s of PO 3- 4 ions in the hydroxylapatite crystals Poly(DL lactide), palmitic acid and trimethylchloro silicane were selected as surface treatment agents for HA particles The dispersion of HA particles in organic media after surface treatment with them is improved greatly and poly(DL lactide) has the the best effect for the purpose
