摘要
目的分析药品不良反应(ADR)报告时间,为促进药品不良反应监测工作提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对江苏省药品不良反应监测中心2009年收集到的新的、严重的ADR发生时间、上报时间进行分析。结果新的、严重的药品不良反应发生在当天的占60.03%;新的、严重的不良反应上报时间符合规定的仅占26.09%;死亡病例上报时间符合规定的比例仅占21.95%。结论加强药品不良反应知识宣传培训力度,强化报告意识,提高药品不良反应上报的及时性。
Objective To study the adverse drug reaction（ADR） reporting time for improving the monitoring of ADR.Methods The occurrence time and reporting time of new and serious ADR were analyzed.Results The new and serious ADR occurs at the same day accounted for 60.03%.The ratio of reporting time according to national laws accounted for 26.09%.The death case accounted for 21.95%.Conclusions Enhancing the train and Propaganda of ADR knowledge and the strengthening reports consciousness will improve the timeliness of ADR.
