摘要
精简的法律语言有助于提高法律文书的执行效率,将语用学中的经济原则引入法律文本的翻译过程中,在准确的基础之上,依据法律英语独特的语言特征,探讨了使翻译文本经济简明化的技巧:慎用冗长的词语,慎用多义词或近义词,慎用复杂的长句,慎用被动语态,使用省略结构,使用平行措词结构。
The simplified legal language is helpful to improve the efficiency of the implementation of legal instruments. On the basis of accurace, by introducing economic principle of pragmatics into legal text translation process and according to the specific linguistic features of legal English, the skills to make translation context be more economy and concise are discussed. We should use omitted structure and parallel language structure, rather than lengthy words, polysemous words or synonyms, complex long sentences and passive voice.
