摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期妇女下肢静脉血栓形成风险、合理诊断及处理方法。方法:通过分析妊娠期女性并发血栓的高危因素评估患病风险。通过临床症状和体征及相关实验室检查进行诊断,采取相应措施尽早治疗。结果与结论:妊娠期女性合并下肢深静脉血栓风险性高,可明确诊断,并通过合理的治疗达到康复和获得正常妊娠。
Objective：To explore incidence risk and find an appropriate way for diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） of lower extremities in pregnancy. Methods：To analyze and evaluate high risk factors for DVT in pregnancy. To make diagnosis according to clinical symptoms and signs, lab tests. Take measures for treatment as early as possible. Results and Conclusion ： Pregnancy is related to risk of DVT. Women will get further pregnancy by clearing diagnosis and providing relevant therapies.
