摘要
探讨了我国城镇土地定级估价成果的应用，并结合实例研究，提出了更新城镇土地定级估价成果的方法。
Based on urban land gradation and land price evaluation, the paper analyses how to use urban land gradation and land price evaluation and how to modify the result after certain period of time.
