摘要
城镇土地定级估价更新对于促进城镇土地集约利用具有重要的作用,在GIS空间统计技术的基础上,以河北省青县为例,探讨城镇土地定级估价更新成果的应用,旨在加强城镇土地利用的优化。
The renewal of urban land graduation and estimation played an important role in enhancing efficient utilization of urban land. On the basis of spatial statistical technique of GIS, taking Qingxian County as an example, application of renewal of urban land gradation and estimation was discussed to reinforce the optimization of urban land.
