摘要
目的探讨外伤性急性主动脉损伤的多层螺旋CT表现。方法回顾分析15例经多层螺旋CT诊断为主动脉损伤，并经手术证实。15例中男性12例，女性3例，年龄24～70岁。结果13例外伤性动脉损伤位于主动脉弓峡部，纵隔内及主动脉周围见积血，两侧胸腔积血。1例位于胸腹主动脉交界处。1例位于胸动脉降部。结论多层螺旋CT能准确、快速、方便地诊断外伤性主动脉壁损伤伴动脉管壁破裂后假性动脉瘤形成。
Objective To discuss muhisliee CT features of acute traumatic aortic injury. Materials and Methods Muhisliee spiral CT findings in 15 patients with acute aortic trauma confirmed by surgery were reported. Among the fifteen cases, 12 were males and 3 were females. The age of this series ranged from 24 to 70 years. Results In all cases, 13 cases thoracic aortic injury located in aortic isthmus, 1 aortic injury located in descending thoracic aorta, 1 aortic injury located in abdominal aorta. Conclusion The muhisliee spiral CT can correctly ,quickly and conveniently diagnosis of thaumatic aortic injury.
