摘要
目的探讨固定矫治器对青少年在生理和心理上产生的影响；方法共有50名青少年错（牙合）畸形患者参与了本研究，通过询问、填写调查表的方式进行调查，根据佩戴前后的心理问卷评分，得出患者在矫治初期的焦虑及抑郁分数，根据不同时期量表得分的差值来判断患者戴用固定矫治器前后心理变化。结果拔牙矫治患者固定矫治器戴入后引起患者焦虑与抑郁评分的升高有统计学意义；非拔牙矫治治疗前后心理评分的变化无明显区别。结论心理变化在佩戴矫形器的青少年当中有一定数量，但是要视情况而定，一般而言，自愿与非自愿在两组组间比较中心理变化有明显的区别。

Results treatment with tooth fixed orthod dentofacial after wearing the patient anxiety and depression scores are statistically significant increase, The tooth before and after the treatment of mental score treatment without obvious difference changes. Conclusion the psychological change in wearing the orthopaedic implement a certain number of youth, but it depends, in general, vohmtary and involuntary qol in two comparison between psychological changes have obvious difference.
