鼻咽癌动态同步加量调强放疗急性不良反应观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用动态同步加量调强放疗,观察腮腺不良反应。方法鼻咽癌患者共32例,设定靶区处方剂量和危及器官限量,根据靶区内剂量分布情况以及剂量体积直方图对各阶段治疗计划整合后的治疗计划进行总体评估,采用RTOG/EORTC不良反应评价标准进行评估。结果正常组织不良反应以1~2级为主,其中唾液腺、咽、黏膜以2级反应为主,皮肤以1级反应为主。结论鼻咽癌动态同步加量调强放疗的急性不良反应患者可以耐受。
