摘要
针对向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流示范工程奉贤换流站工程中直流800 kV穿墙套管的安装,提出了一套细致的施工方案。在施工中探索总结出一套可靠、实用的大型直流穿墙套管安装工艺,通过悬挂配重平衡、转移重心、内外配合等方法,保证了套管安装工作全过程在安全、可控的情况下进行,为同类型穿墙套管安装提供参考和借鉴。
A detailed construction scheme was proposed for the installation of wall bushings in Fengxian 800 kV DCcdoemnvoenrtsetrra tsiotant iopnro,jewcth ifcrohm i sX ipaanrgt jioafb at htoe S±h a8n0g0h aik.V R eUliaHbVle aDnCd practical installation techniques for large-sized DC wall bushings were investigated and summarized to ensure the safety and control of the overall installation process;and a series of measures,such as adding additional weight to keep balance,shifting the weight,coordinating of inside and outside of the wall,were adopted.The experience can be provided as reference for similar wall bushing installation projects.
