血管内支架成形术治疗症状性颅内椎基底动脉狭窄

摘要 椎基底动脉（Vertebro-basilar artery,VBA）狭窄可引起脑供血不足,严重者可形成脑梗塞,对于该病药物治疗疗效有限.血管内支架成形术已经逐渐成为治疗脑供血动脉狭窄的重要手段.
