摘要
研究提出生态社区是一个自然—社会—经济—人类复合开放的生态系统,其内部结构、外部格局、内外部相互作用的生态流过程都处于动态发展变化中。对比国内外生态社区评价体系的进展情况,剖析了我国现存评价体系存在的问题,并结合社区生态系统的复合理论、平衡理论和可持续发展理论,构建并优化了社区生态系统的概念模型。在此基础上按照德尔菲法和层次分析法以内部结构、外部格局、内外部动态过程三大块构建生态社区评价体系模型,该模型由九大指标系统、若干一级指标分类及二级指标的量化标准值组成,并提出指标量化的参考依据,主张应因地制宜地选取合适、灵敏的指标因子来对社区进行评价。
It was put forward that ecological community is a compounded open ecological system which consists of nature,society,economy,humanity.Its internal structure,external pattern and ecological flow between both,are all in the dynamic changes of development.Based on comparison of the evaluation system of ecological community between domestic and overseas progress,the existing problems of domestic evaluation system were analyzed.Combining community ecosystem theory,balance theory and sustainable development theory,a conceptual model of community ecological system was constructed.On the basis of Delphi and AHP method,the ecological community evaluation model composed of internal structure,external pattern,dynamic process was constructed.And the evaluation model include 9 index systems,10 first class indexes and dozens of second class indexes,with a quantitative criteria standard for reference.It＇s suggested that researchers should adjust measures to local conditions and choose appropriate and sensitive indexes to evaluate the community.
