东北产香菇中多糖含量的提取及测定研究 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]研究香菇中多糖的提取方法,并对东北产香菇中多糖的含量进行测定。[方法]分别采取热水浸提法、微波辅助浸提法、超声辅助浸提法探讨了不同香菇多糖提取条件对多糖提取率的影响,确定了超声辅助浸提法为最佳提取方法,并用该方法提取香菇多糖,探讨硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量的最佳条件,测定东北产香菇的多糖含量。[结果]线性方程为y=7.4089c+0.0163,线性相关系数r=0.9987,精密度为RSD<2.00%(n=5)。[结论]超声辅助浸提法为香菇中多糖含量的最佳提取方法,该方法简便、快速、准确。 [Objective] The aim was to study the extraction of the lentinan in mushrooms and determine the content of lentinan.[Method] The effection of different extraction conditions on extraction efficiency of lentinan in mushrooms by using hot water,microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction methord,and trasonic-assisted extraction methord was the best methord.Then lentinan was extracted by trasonic-assisted extraction methord,and optimum conditions of the determination of lentinan content were studied by phenol-sulfuric acid methord to determine the lentinan content of northeast mushrooms.[Results] The linear equation was y=7.408 9c + 0.016 3,and the linear coefficient was 0.998 7,the precision was RSD〈2.00%(n=5).[Conclusion] Trasonic-assisted extraction methord was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and the best extraction method.
