摘要
通过对宣大高速公路水泥混凝土路面使用状况的调查分析,对六种不同结构形式的水泥混凝土试验路面的使用效果作了比较,断板率最低的是33 cm厚普通水泥混凝土路面,无断板现象;其次是26 cm厚钢纤维混凝土路面,断板率1.58%。可见,通过提高水泥混凝土面板厚度和混凝土标号,或采用结构形式较好的路面(如钢纤维或聚丙烯纤维混凝土路面),可提高路面的使用寿命。
The applied results from six different structural forms of trial pavement were compared according to the surveyed result of service condition on the cement concrete pavement of expressway.Of which,the pavement is the normal cement concrete pavement of 33cm in thickness for the lowest rate of broken slabs,with no broken slab phenomenon,and second one is the 26cm thick concrete pavement reinforced with steel fiber,the rate is 1.58 percent.It can been found that the service life of pavement can be improved through increasing the thickness of cement concrete pavement,or using the better pavement structure,like the concrete pavement reinforced with steel fiber or polyacrylic fiber.
