摘要
高强混凝土最致命的一个缺点是其较大的脆性。通常,通过掺加纤维以改善其脆性,提高混凝土的韧性。为改善钢纤维与水泥基体界面性能,通常采用微硅粉与钢纤维复合的方式。本文研究了微硅粉掺量对不同长径比钢纤维混凝土新拌性能与力学性能影响,并着重探讨了微硅粉掺量与钢纤维长径比及掺量的最佳配比。研究表明,微硅粉的掺量和钢纤维的长径比对体系的强度影响较为显著。
The main disadvantage of high-strength concrete is its highly brittle behavior and this can be overcome by adding fibers to the concrete.In order to improving the bonding strength between fibers and cement mortar,micro silica powder is always added to.In this study the influence of micro silica powder on the properties of high-strength steel fiber concrete were investigated.The results indicated that the percentages of micro silica powder and aspect ratio of fiber have great effect on the mechanical properties of steel fiber concrete.
