摘要
将膨胀阀开度连续变化使蒸发器出口由大过热度到一定量的回液这一过程分为四种情形,通过试验了解系统及压缩机在各状态下的性能。结果表明:压缩机在30Hz到80Hz各频率下,过热度从10~70℃降到蒸发器出口大量回液,系统性能系数均在‘0’过热有最高点。相对于过热度2~70℃制冷量Q0增大4%~12%,COP提高6%~13%,在‘0’过热后回液量进一步加大系统性能降低,但在‘0’过热点附近蒸发器出口存在明显震荡。
Liquid-Refrigerant return is divided into four case by amount of liquid Refrigerant from evaperator.Experiments are carried out to investigate the effect of different superheat and liquid refrigerant floodback degree on the performance of inverter unit and rotary compressor.When compressor vary from 30hz to 80 hz,the results indicated that system perfomence coefficient reach the highest points at '0'superheat point.Cooling capacity increased by 4%~12% compred with 2~70℃ superheat degree cases,while COP icreased by 6%~13%.Performance characteristics decreased with the amount of Liquid-Refrigerant return,leading to periodic oscillation of the refrigeration cycle.
