摘要
随着滚动转子压缩机功率使用范围的增大,转子所占体积已成为不可忽略的部分,直接导致气缸的空间利用率下降。提出一种具有新结构的单缸双腔型滚动转子压缩机结构形式,即将转子内部掏空,形成一个新的月牙形空间,从而增加了一个工作腔,大幅度提高了气缸空间利用率。与传统的单、双缸滚动转子压缩机相比,在相同体积下,这种结构具有更大的排气量,拓宽了滚动转子压缩机的使用范围。
In order to improve the space utilization rate of rolling piston compressors, a new cavity is hollowed out in its rotor, and a stator, which is concentric with the cylinder, is installed in the cavity with a vane. So the inner wall of the hollow rotor and the outer wall of the stator enclose a new working cavity. Thus the space utilization rate and the displacement for the machine could be increased while the diameter of its cylinder remains constant. Compared with the traditional rolling piston compressor, the proposed one has higher effective volume and will be widely applied.
