延迟焦化是一项加工渣油,特别是劣质渣油的成熟炼油工艺技术。辐射进料泵是焦化装置的核心设备,辐射进料泵的关键零部件——机械密封的性能,直接影响着辐射进料泵是否能够安全长期的运行。针对辐射进料泵输送介质的特点,介绍2种成功应用的机械密封方案和维护注意事项。
DCU is a ripe process technology of processing residue,especially processing inferior residue.Radiation feeding pump is the core device of DCU system.The crucial part of Radiation feeding pump is mechanical seal,and the performance of mechanical seal decides that whether the Radiation feeding pump can work with long-term safe operation.According to the features of Radiation feeding pump transporting medium,the two successful types of mechanical seal proposals,and the notes of maintenance were introduced.
