基于弹性波法的高速公路护栏立柱埋深检测方法研究 被引量:17

摘要 应用弹性动力学知识,研究了不同频率下弹性波在未埋地与半埋地钢管立柱中的传播特性,提出了一种利用弹性波理论对钢管立柱埋深进行无损检测的方法,并进行了试验研究。由于钢管立柱规格、批次的差异,导致弹性波在钢管中的传播速度与理论值有所不同,故在有条件时,即有与所检测对象同规格、批次的未用立柱,可用实测的传播速度作为检测波速;无条件时则采用理论值。试验表明,使用本方法检测的立柱埋深最大绝对误差小于16mm、最大相对误差小于0.9%,完全满足工程检测要求,可用来对护栏立柱埋深进行检测。 The spreading characteristics of elastic-wave in the embedded and unembedded steel tube posts at different frequencies were studied by using elastodynamics. A method of nondestructive testing to steel tube posts by using elastic wave theory was provided, and the corresponding testings were performed. The differences of the specification and batch of steel columns result in the differences between the transmission velocity of elastic wave in the post and the theoretical result. For on-site testing, either the actual transmission velocity of the same specification and batch of the steel tube or the theoretical value can be used as examination wave velocity, the former was more accurate. The testing results show that the maximum absolute error of embedded depth is less than 16 mm and the maximum relative error is less than 0. 9% , which indicates that such method can meet the requirements of engineering testing and can be used to measure the embedded depth of guardrail post.
