摘要
受到检测原理、评价参数单一等原因的影响,孔道压浆质量检测误判的现象时有发生,降低了检测结果的准确性,并且严重影响施工进度.为了解决此问题,在分析击振锤大小与产生声波频率关系的基础上,研究了小波分析技术用于孔道压浆检测波形处理的有效性;最后对混凝土、密实孔道及未压浆孔道工程实测点检测波形进行频谱分析与小波分析,通过比较两种方法的处理效果,结果表明小波分析与频谱分析结果基本一致,且小波分析的准确度更高、处理方式更为简单,为数据处理方法提供了新依据.
Channel grouting detection misjudgment phenomenon often occurs because of detection principle or a single evaluation parameter, which reduce the accuracy of results and affect the construction schedule seriously In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the relationship between hammer size and sonic frequency; Then analyzes the feasibility of the wavelet analysis technology applied to channel grouting detection waveform analysis; Finally conducts spectrum analysis and wavelet analysis with concrete, compacting channel and empty channel points. The results show that wavelet analysis can be fully used to waveform analysis for a higher accuracy, which provides a basis for a new data processing method.
