摘要
通过研究温度对多金属结核中锰还原反应的影响,考察了大洋多金属结核亚铜离子催化还原氨浸的动力学.试验结果表明,要获得较高的镍、钴、铜浸出率必须尽可能实现结核中锰的还原.结核中锰还原反应用未反应收缩核模型描述,反应受表面化学反应控制.
By studying the effect of temperature on manganese reduction reaction inpolymetallic nodules, the paper investigated the kinetics of the cuprous ion catalytic reduction-ammoniacal leaching. It indicates that the more manganese in nodules is reduced,the higher extraction of Ni, Co, Cu is obtained. The tests show that manganese reductionreaction can be described with non-reactive shrinking core model. The reaction iscontrolled by surface chemical reaction.
