摘要
收入分配制度认同感是指员工对组织制定的收入分配制度表现出认可或赞同的具体感受,这种感受会对组织产生积极或消极影响。基于11797份江苏省科技人员的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型对科技人员收入分配制度认同感的影响因素进行实证研究,研究结果表明:科技人员的收入满意度和工作感受对其收入分配制度认同感均有影响,并且收入满意度的影响最为显著;科技人员的收入满意度对其工作感受也有显著影响。根据实证研究结论,最后提出了增强科技人员收入分配制度认同感的政策建议。
Income distribution system identification refers to the specific experience of staff who approves the income distribution system developed by the organization.This feeling will have a positive or negative impact on organization.This paper gives an empirical research on the influencing factors of scientific and technical personnel income distribution system identification,based on the survey data of Jiangsu province.The results show that,the income satisfaction and work experience of science and technology personnel both have influence on income distribution system identification,and the income satisfaction has the significant impact;the income satisfaction also has significant influence on work experiences.Finally,according to empirical results,this paper puts forward recommendations to enhance the income distribution system identification of scientific and technical personnel.
