摘要
建立热辗环三维有限元模型。通过三维有限元模拟辗环轧制过程,得到了轧制过程中的变形区速度场分布以及金属流动规律;得出了芯辊进给速度和驱动辊角速度对于轧制速度的影响规律。对于合理制定辗环轧制工艺,改善辗环加工精度具有指导意义。
The FEM model of hot ring rolling process has been simulated.Through the simulation,the rules of velocity field deformation area distribution and metal flow have been obtained.The influence rule of mandrel roller feeding speed and driven roller angular speed to the rolling speed has been put forward.It provides reference to make rational rolling process and improve the rolling accuracy.
