摘要
本文采用刚粘塑性动力显式有限元方法模拟了环件热轧时的金属流动规律。模拟结果揭示出环坯形状、尺寸。
In this paper,the rigidviscoplastic dynamic explicit FEM is applied to simulate the flow patterns of metal in the ring rolling processes.The simulation results show that the dimension,configuration,temperature of the workpiece and loading velocity take influence on the workpiece quality and production efficiency.
