摘要
建筑能耗问题已经成为世界性关注的问题。空调作为耗能大户,与能源紧张局势,特别是当前电力紧张局势的形成有着密切的关系。降低空调系统的能耗对于减少建筑系统的能耗、缓解当前电力紧张局势、优化能源结构、提高能源利用效率等方面都有着非常重要的意义．对空调系统节能在中国大陆的研究背景、现状及意义作了较为详细的论述,旨在唤起广大建筑行业人士特别是暖通同行的共识．
The energy consumption of buildings has come into focus all over the world. As a big energy consumer, air-conditioners are highly relevant to the energy shortage and electric power shortage at present. This paper is a detailed review of the background and the progress on researches as well as the significance of the energy-saving technology of air-conditioner systems on the mainland of China, which aims to arouse the attention of all the researchers in this field.
